Purchase Options

Clawz offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based orders.

  • Trial Box
    The Clawz Trial Box is a one-time purchase and does not enroll you in a subscription.

  • Subscriptions
    Subscription orders are offered on a recurring basis and provide ongoing deliveries of fresh, frozen meals. Subscription details, including box size, delivery frequency, and pricing, are clearly shown at checkout.

Customers can manage their subscription at any time through their account, including updating delivery frequency, changing items, or pausing future orders.

Subscription Billing

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Clawz to automatically charge your selected payment method at the listed price for each recurring order until the subscription is paused or canceled.

Billing occurs prior to each scheduled shipment.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time before the next scheduled order is processed.

  • Changes or cancellations must be made before the order cutoff shown in your account.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, your order may be delayed or skipped until payment information is updated. Clawz is not responsible for delays caused by failed or outdated payment methods.
