Clawz Refund & Return Policy

At Clawz, we want mealtime to be something your cat genuinely enjoys. While most cats love our food, we understand that every cat is different.

Trial Box Guarantee

Your first Clawz Trial Box is covered by our risk-free guarantee.
If your cat doesn’t enjoy the Trial Box, simply email us at Meow@clawzcatfood.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.

No returns required.

Subscriptions

Because our food is fresh, frozen, and made to order, subscription orders are non-refundable once shipped.

That said, if there’s an issue on our end, we’ll always make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives thawed or not properly frozen

  • You receive the wrong items or an incomplete order

In these cases, we’ll review the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns or offer exchanges.
