Clawz Shipping Policy

We work hard to make sure your cat’s meals arrive fresh, frozen, and on time.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 6:00 PM are shipped the same day Monday through Thursday
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method & Delivery

We ship all orders using 2-day shipping via UPS or FedEx to the continental United States.

Our food is packed frozen in insulated packaging with ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit.

Shipping Rates

  • A $14.99 shipping fee applies to all 14-pack orders

  • Larger box sizes ship free

  • All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Thawed or not properly frozen

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect or missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clawzcatfood.com, and we’ll make it right.
